The KTES should be Hard Reseted prior to communicate with any EntraPass software

Procedure to perform a Hard Reset:
1. Remove JP1 and JP2 jumpers.
2. Press the reset button (wait approx. 30 seconds).
3. Make sure the vital light is flashing “continuous long pulses” .
4. Put back JP1 and JP2 jumpers.

The VITAL LED should flash continuously with long pulses. This means that the controller is in the Hard Reset mode
